What are Grades?
Refurbished: Grade A. Please note: Some very light marks on the paint where the matt finish has been slightly polished wilst in transit (see pics). Unlikely to be noticed once installed.

3D sound with Dolby Atmos
Experience shows, movies, and games with the precise and immersive sound of Dolby Atmos. Arc's upward-firing speaker drivers create a multi-dimensional soundstage that moves around you, rendering every whisper and explosion with dramatic clarity, detail, and depth (this requires a TV that supports Dolby Atmos and Dolby Atmos-encoded content).

Arc's advanced processing creates five phased-array channels that deliver sound to your ears from all directions at the exact right moment.
Enhanced tuning
Enhanced Trueplay tuning technology optimises the sound for the unique acoustics of the room. It even calibrates the height channels for precise localisation.
Immerse yourself in music
You can stream music, radio, podcasts, and more from your favourite services with the Sonos app* (available on iOS and Android) or Apple AirPlay 2 when the TV is off. Some services may require subscription.
Extraordinary sound
A truly powerful sound bar, the Arc has eleven high-performance drivers, including custom elliptical woofers and angled side tweeters, producing vivid detail and impressive bass. It was specially tuned with the help of Oscar-winning sound engineers to emphasise the human voice so you can always hear every word. You can turn on Speech Enhancement in the app to clarify dialogue when characters talk quietly or action intensifies. Trueplay puts the speaker-tuning capability of the pros in the palm of your hands, adapting and optimising the sound of the speaker to the unique acoustics of the room. Its increased bandwidth supports high-quality audio and has lip-sync compensation built in.
Elegant design
Easily play, pause, skip tracks, adjust the volume, and group rooms just by tapping or swiping the top of the soundbar. With its elongated shape, soft profile, and seamless facade, Arc discreetly mounts to the wall or sits beneath the TV without pulling focus. A magnetic sensor detects when it’s mounted and smartly adjusts the EQ to temper bass resonance. And with its ambient light sensor, Arc detects how bright the room is and automatically adjusts the brightness of the LEDs to be visible but not distracting.
Voice control
The Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa are built in, so you can play music, check news, set alarms, get your questions answered, and more, completely hands free. With an easy mute for privacy, you can turn the microphone off with a tap. The LED light is hardwired and will also turn off so you know your voice assistant isn't listening when required.
Seamless connection
Arc connects to your TV's HDMI eARC port with a single cable and automatically syncs with your remote.
Expandable
Stream via your WiFi network, and you can wirelessly connect more Sonos speakers to expand your sound system throughout the home. You could wirelessly connect a Sonos Sub and a pair of Sonos One SL rear speakers for an even more immersively cinematic listening experience.
Automatic software updates
Sonos regularly adds new features, voice assistants, services, and partner integrations, so your experience is always up-to-date.
*You must download this app to set the Sonos Arc up. A Spotify Premium account is required to use Spotify services on Sonos.
Grade Pristine Refurbished
Also called New-other, these products are typically unused ex-display items, or items that have been returned to store within the 30-day change of mind period with no signs of use. They will be supplied with all of the accessories and usually in the original retail packaging. The packaging may have some sticky tape damage. 1-year warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Grade A Refurbished
One step down from our Open-box grade, these products are typically ex-display items, or items that have been returned to store within the 30-day change of mind period. Some items may have minor marks (there will be no marks on Laptops/TV's/Monitor screens), consistent with light usage and handling. They may be missing some of the accessories, but this will be clearly detailed, and they may no longer be the original retail packaging, or the packaging may have some sticky tape damage. 1-year warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Grade B Refurbished
Our Grade B items will have some noticeable cosmetic marks as detailed, but will be in perfect working order. Likely to be missing some of the accessories (but this will be detailed) or non-original accessories used instead. May no longer be in the original packaging. 1-year warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page.
The majority of orders are dispatched FREE via DPD Local via an overnight service. If orders are placed before 2pm, these will usually be shipped the same day for next working day delivery. Every parcel shipped with DPD is carbon neutral.
With DPD Local, there is no need to wait in all day for your delivery to arrive. DPD Local will email a pre-delivery notification the night before delivery, and text you with a 1-hour delivery slot once the parcel has delivery vehicle has been loaded the following morning. You'll also get a 30 minute notification when the van is close so no more missed deliveries!

You are also able to change various ‘in-flight’ delivery options including reschedule delivery or have your order delivered to your local DPD Local pickup shop where you can collect it whenever is convenient for you. Please ensure that you leave us with your correct email address and mobile number to take advantage of this service.
Larger items that exceed one meter in length will be sent via Parcelforce 24/48 and may take 2-3 days to arrive due to the specialised nature of a large parcel delivery. Any refused deliveries may incur a surcharge which will not be refunded.
